Dedicated Public Safety research stream at CIMVHR Forum 2018

CIMVHR Forum 2018, October 15 – 17, 2018, Regina, SK

Call for Abstracts is now OPEN

There is a dedicated Public Safety research stream for the 2018 Forum. Academics and public safety organizations can submit mental, physical, and systems health research (i.e., papers, posters, symposia) in the areas of public safety including, but not limited to, corrections officers and workers, dispatchers, firefighters, paramedics, and police. All research must be submitted through the portal, will be fully peer-reviewed, and accepted abstract content published in the conference text.

Forum is a place for academics, but also for thought leaders from the front lines, military and public safety leadership, the government, industry, and other stakeholders, all engaging with new research, exchanging ideas, sharing insights, learning, and collaborating. Visit for details.

We are hoping for a very strong showing from public safety researchers and look forward to connecting with many of you in Regina, to enjoy one of Canada’s best urban 360-degree horizons!

Looking forward to seeing you in Regina,
Steve Palmer, Executive Director, CIPSRT
