Our Team
Ailesh completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and her Bachelor of Arts in French at the University of Regina in 2020. Her Honours thesis examined the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between resilience and symptom measures in an RCMP sample. Ailesh’s primary field of interest is in the prevention and treatment of trauma-related mental injury. Her role within the PSPNET team will focus on supporting the research team through data and client management.
