Supervisor Support

In order for the Train the Trainer program to be successful, Trainers must receive support from supervisor and/or HR. Certified trainers must be committed to facilitate two or more training events per year. Reporting of this facilitation must be done in accordance to CIPSRT’s policies in order to be in compliance with copyright and use agreements.
