Anthony has extensive experience as a senior portfolio and program manager, across the public and private sectors. As a leader in the Strategy & Architecture group with a global consulting firm, he collaborated with clients to develop full strategic roadmaps for their enterprise needs. As a consultant, he has led projects for government agencies including Alberta HealthServices, Alberta Education, and Alberta Child Services; arms-length organizations including Canada Small Business Centres and Farm Credit Canada; and many in the private sector such as Suncor, Nutrien and Shaw. His focus has been large transformational programs, assisting with merger & acquisitions, especially implementation of business process and data governance. Anthony’s years of experience as a Portfolio Manager within large enterprise, included oversight of all capital IT projects, supporting the overall process of demand through budgeting and implementation. He holds an MBA from Ottawa, and multiple PMI certifications.
