Our Team
Layla completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2020. Prior to joining the CIPHER team, she worked as a Behavior Interventionist, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to support clients’ development and progress. Her research interests include industrial-organizational psychology, public health, and community-based research. Outside academia, Layla trained as a competitive rower, representing Team Canada at events such as the 2016 U23 Worlds and the 2019 Pan-American Games.
