Dr. David Wolff is a Senior Fellow with the McNally Project for Paramedicine Research and a veteran paramedic leader with nearly four decades of experience. His professional trajectory spans the full continuum of paramedicine—from front-line practice and private entrepreneurship to paramedic education and executive leadership.

David holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Community Care and Counseling: Traumatology from Liberty University. As an educator and consultant, his work is situated at the intersection of paramedic education, psychological health and safety, and the development of resilient organisational frameworks for the public safety sector. His expertise bridges the gap between high-level paramedic service management and the specialised psychological needs of first responders.

In addition to his doctorate, David holds a Master of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Practice from Charles Sturt University. A dedicated advocate for the scholarly advancement of the profession, David focuses on evidence-based mental health support and academic rigour within the Canadian public safety landscape.
