Given the increased understanding of the importance of sleep to both mental and physical health, CIPSRT has partnered with Dr. Colleen Carney, the Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Toronto Metropolitan University, to develop sleep resources specifically for public safety personnel (PSP).
These downloadable Sleep Toolkit Resource Cards, based upon the concepts introduced in CIPSRT’s Sleep Toolkit for PSP, provide the user with quick, helpful tips for achieving and maintaining healthy sleep habits.
