This set of 10 wallet-sized cards promoting PSPNET FAMILIES is designed to provide quick access to mental health resources through a QR code. Featuring tips for families, wellbeing, and sleep, these card sets are perfect for distribution at events, in wellness kits, or by peer support teams. PSPNET FAMILIES was developed by Drs. Heidi Cramm (Queen’s University), Heather Hadjistavropoulos (U of R), and Nathalie Reid (U of R) to support the spouses, children, and loved ones of first responders. Together, they are committed to ensuring families get the resources and care they need to ensure stronger public safety personnel and safer communities.
