Donna Dowler is a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in executive-level Portfolio and Program Management in both the public and private sectors. She is a graduate of the ICD-Rotman School of Management’s Directors Education Program and holds the ICD.D designation. Donna received her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Manitoba and she is certified as a Project Management Professional.
