I am the Senior Research Manager for the Correctional Service of Canada. I have a keen interest in the health and well-being of Correctional personnel. I manage the MOU that CSC has with Memorial University focused on correctional personnel. In addition, I am an Adjunct Research Professor with Carleton University in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology and am also an Adjunct Graduate Professor in Justice Studies with the University of Regina. My research interests are varied but centered on the Canadian Criminal Justice System and research methodologies that focus on mixed methods or advanced quantitative techniques.
