Lis Hansen is a Psychologist registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Over the past 25 years she has utilized a trauma-informed approach to working with disadvantaged children, adolescents, adults and families in residential treatment settings, and provided out-patient mental health therapy to adolescents and adults. Lis also worked for several years in the fields of adolescent and adult addictions treatment, adult and young offender-victim mediation, and provided community-based support and advocacy for remand and sentenced offenders at the Provincial Correctional Centre. Most recently she has been a Clinician with the University of Regina RCMP PTSD Research Study, where her role was to assess and follow cadets in training at Depot Division. She also maintains a private-practice caseload.
