2024 Mental Health Week Poster Campaign
CIPSRT is proud to acknowledge the Canadian Mental Health Association’s annual Mental Health Week, taking place from May 6th to May 12th, 2024. This annual event is an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and the importance of supporting mental wellbeing for all — particularly Canada’s public safety personnel (PSP) within the context of our work at CIPSRT.
Mental Health Week serves as a platform to engage in courageous conversations, break down stigmas, and promote resources and support systems available to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. CMHA’s theme this year, A Call to Be Kind, emphasizes the healing power of compassion. It encourages everyone to maintain their mental health, emphasizing that every action, no matter how small, can make a difference.
In that spirit, CIPSRT is excited to launch our 2024 Mental Health Week poster campaign. The designs feature quotes from PSP representing public safety sectors from coast-to-coast-to-coast. We encourage you to view, download, and print the posters for display in your workplaces. These posters are intended to live on well past Mental Health Week — courageous conversations don’t only take place once a year.
If you would like printed copies for your workplace, please reach out to communications.cipsrt@uregina.ca by May 20. Share photos of the posters on display with us on social media, and be sure to use the hashtag #CompassionConnects.
