Administrative Team
Amanda Noubarian is serving as Operations Manager for CIPSRT. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining effective and efficient operations through the development and integration of programs, policies, procedures and infrastructures.
She comes to this position with a diverse educational background, having completed credentials in anthropology, Spanish, international development, public policy analysis, and most recently, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Regina. Amanda also brings to CIPSRT significant experience in the public and non-profit sectors, including her roles on boards and steering committees, and more than a decade of post-secondary academic advising and student service coordination.
